How do I return an item?

Shaw Development retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or an order cancelled. Shaw Development thus encourages customers to use caution when placing an order, as once placed, the order cannot be cancelled, nor the item returned or exchanged unless Shaw Development expressly consents.

Measure the internal diameter diameter of the opening to be sealed very carefully. Users will incur fees and costs associated with returning products ordered in the wrong size or style. If you are not sure what size or plug style to order, send an email to our Support Team (support@shawplugs.com) and they will provide assistance.

In order to obtain a refund or exchange, prior approval must be given by Shaw Development. You must send your request for an Authorized Return via email to support@shawplugs.com. Any unauthorized returns that are sent back to Shaw will be discarded.
Generally, Shaw Development will only consider returns within ten (10) days of purchase. Refunds are for the cost of product only, minus a minimum re-stocking fee of 35%; shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Due to our high standards for product conformity, Shaw Development cannot accept returns of used products, damaged products, or abused products. Shaw Development may impose a thirty five percent (35%) restocking fee on items returned. Limitations on quantity and total dollar amount may apply.
