Important Shipping Notes:

All Shaw Plugs that are offered on this site ship from our corporate headquarters facility in Bonita Spring, FL 34135 - USA. We are the sole manufacturer (OEM) of Shaw Plugs. We also have Distributors (see links at bottom of HOME page) who stock and ship our plugs from their respective locations.

LEAD TIME
Every item shows an "Availability to Ship" note. This may vary from 1 day to several weeks depending on the complexity of the plug. If you have a time constraint, please send an email request to Support@ShawPlugs.com or utilize the CONTACT US page and request a Lead Time. To calculate the Lead Time, please include the following information:
  1. The Part Number(s)
  2. The quantities for each P/N
  3. The complete physical "ship to" address.
  4. The Phone Number for the "ship to" address.

Processed orders ship Monday through Friday.


SHIPPING COSTS

The website will automatically calculate your shipping costs based on the information provided. Please follow these
steps:

  1. Add items to the Shopping Cart
  2. Proceed to Checkout
  3. Fill out the Customer Profile (returning Customer's Info will be auto-populated) Note: if your country is not in the drop down menu of available countries, we cannot process your order. UK Residents: please use England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, or Wales as the country and not the United Kingdom.
  4. Choose the Shipping Method

The site will now display the Shipping Costs byclicking on the pull down menu under Shipping Rates. (International - duties, tax, customs, GST, VAT, etc. may not be included.)
Proceed to CHECKOUT and follow the screen prompts.


CARRIERS

The site will automatically calculate and charge for your shipping costs. You may also ship using your freight account. To use your account number, please select the FREIGHT COLLECT option under Shipping Rates. You will then enter your account number into the ORDER COMMENTS field at CHECKOUT.


Different levels of shipping
service - - 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select etc. This does not override the "Availability to Ship" Lead Time.

At CHECK OUT, you will see an ORDER NOTES section. Please utilize the ORDER NOTES for additional inform that may be need to process the order (i.e. your Freight Collect account number). Please CONTACT US if there are any questions regarding the order prior to transmittal.

Military personnel should only use their APO/FPO address. If you do have an International Phone Number, please include the Country Code for that phone/location.


INTERNATIONAL SALES

The customer is responsible for all Duties, Taxes, GST and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) imposed by their respective countries when shipping internationally. These fees/taxes may not be included in the total invoice from shawplugs.com.

International Delivery Refusal
Shaw Plugs does not issue refunds for Duties, Taxes, GST, VAT, etc that may be associated with international shipments. If the customer refuses delivery of a International package, a 35% restocking fee will be imposed. The Customer also is responsible for any and all shipping charges that may associated with a "delivery refusal" including Refusal Delivery Fess charged by the Carriers (UPS).

When a package is shipped via UPS (either Expedited or Express) duties are NOT included. Duties may be charged at the time of delivery by the respective country or "customs".

Canadian Customers: During checkout, you will see a GST & Customs charge. This amount is a separate charge from shipping collected by freight companies preparing shipments for import entry at the US/Canada border.

ShawPlugs.com DOES NOT profit monetarily nor reap any other benefits from the taxes imposed on the customer by their respective government such as GST, VAT or brokerage fees. In the event of unforeseen circumstances and/or acts of God, resulting in shipping delays, monetary compensation will NOT be offered.
